Founded in July 1981, San Diego Pension Consultants, Inc. specializes in design and administration of all types of retirement Plans. Thomas J. Pancheri is the Company President. Mr. Pancheri is active in the National Institute of Pension Administrators and was the Charter President of the San Diego chapter.

He has been a member of the Western Pension & Benefits Conference since 1980. He also served on the Board of Directors of San Diego Cares for 1996 and 1997 and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Wellness Community San Diego.

San Diego Pension Consultants, Inc. is the main division of Pen/Flex, Inc. which services roughly 1,500 Qualified plans, primarily in the San Diego area. The other division is Complete Pension Services, which handles approximately 330 Plans in the Los Angeles and Orange County regions.
