BofI Holding, Inc. Announces Conference Call – October 19, 2006 – 3:00 PM Pacific

SAN DIEGO, CA – 10/17/06 -- BofI Holding, Inc. (NASDAQ: BOFI) today announced that it will host a conference call at 3:00 PM PT (6:00 PM ET) on Thursday, October 19, 2006 to discuss the results of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders and the operations of the Company and its subsidiary, Bank of Internet USA. The call will begin after the Annual Shareholder’s Meeting that begins at 2:30 PM PT (5:30 PM ET).
