B of I Holding, Inc. Announces Conference Call to Discuss 1st Quarter Results

SAN DIEGO, CA – 10/31/06 B of I Holding, Inc. (NASDAQ: BOFI) ("BofI"), parent of Bank of Internet USA (Bank), today announced that it will host a conference call at 2:00 p.m. PT (5:00 p.m. ET) on Monday, November 6, 2006 to discuss financial results for the first quarter ended September 30, 2006.

Joining Gary Lewis Evans, CEO of B of I Holding, Inc. will be Andrew J. Micheletti, Chief Financial Officer. The Company plans to distribute its earnings announcement that same day.
