BofI Holding, Inc. Announces Conference Call to Discuss 2nd Quarter Results

SAN DIEGO, CA – 01/14/08 -- BofI Holding, Inc. (NASDAQ: BOFI) (“BofI”), parent of Bank of Internet USA, today announced that it would host a conference call at 2:00 P.M. PT (5:00 PM ET) on Tuesday, February 5, 2008 to discuss financial results for the second quarter ended December 31, 2007.

Joining Gregory Garrabrants, CEO of BofI Holding, Inc. will be Andrew J. Micheletti, Senior V.P. and Chief Financial Officer. The Company plans to distribute its earnings announcement prior to the conference call.
